I have continued to use the same trusted tradesmen for many years on my projects, but must admit it has got tougher lately, customers are more aware and are always looking for discounts where ever they can, or they will use some one else.

We recently sat down with all our subbies and had a good chat, they have all agreed to reduce thier costs for us, so that we dont have to worry about taking a big hit on jobs !
